After Sales Service Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and analytical After Sales Service Specialist to support the growth of DIPO Group after sales Business with strong focus on Commercial Vehicle Service and Spare Parts analysis and operation.

The role play a strategic part in driving after sales performance by developing business strategis, conducting market and customer research, strengthening relationship with dealers and automotive principals (APM) and providing insightfull business analysis to support decision making.

The ideal candidates is someone who understands the automotive aftersales ecosystem, enjoys working with data and business strategies, also comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders across dealers and principals.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelors degree in engineerig, information technology, automotive or a realted field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in undersatnding the business of after sales service or realted position (point plus)
• Have the ability to process and analyse data with Microsoft Office & Power BI
• Having experience in the automotive industry (point plus)
• Able to communicate in English fluently
