AI Project Manager

The AI Project Manager is based in Tangerang, responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of AI and digital health projects. This role includes defining project scope and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing expediting activities to ensure project milestones are met. The AI Project Manager will monitor inspection processes, manage logistics related to data, infrastructure, and equipment, and track risks and dependencies across projects. Daily tasks include communicating with stakeholders, preparing project reports and dashboards, aligning technical teams and vendors, and ensuring that AI solutions comply with healthcare regulations and BitHealth’s quality standards.

Kualifikasi

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, particularly in AI, technology, or healthcare-related initiatives.
• Skills in Expeditor and Expediting functions to drive timely delivery of tasks, resources, and project components.
• Experience with Inspection processes to ensure project deliverables, models, and systems meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate data, infrastructure, and operational resources across multiple stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and documentation quality.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with clinical, technical, and business teams.

• Experience working on-site in healthcare or technology environments; familiarity with Indonesian healthcare ecosystem is advantageous.
• Ability to work under time constraints, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving priorities and technologies.
