About the role

Ebit Co., Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Trainer to join our Voice Project team for a part-time remote position. As the AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our Indonesian-language voice AI system. • What you'll be doing
• Collecting, curating, and annotating high-quality audio samples to train and improve our Indonesian-language voice AI models
• Providing feedback and insights to our engineering team to enhance the accuracy and naturalness of the AI voice output
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the AI models align with educational and pedagogical best practices
• Conducting quality assurance tests and validating the performance of the AI voice system
• Documenting processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of our training workflows
• What we're looking for
• Fluency in the Indonesian language, with excellent speaking and pronunciation skills
• Experience in voice data collection, annotation, or voice assistant training
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
• Familiarity with educational content development or language learning technology
• Proficiency in using audio editing and data annotation tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
