Job Description
China Eastern Airlines is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airport Operational Staff to support daily airline operations at Denpasar (Ngurah Rai International Airport). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily flight operations, including ground handling and passenger services
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (airport authorities, ground handling agents, etc.)
- Monitor flight schedules and ensure on-time performance
- Handle operational documentation and reporting
- Assist in resolving operational issues and irregularities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and aviation regulations
- Support passenger handling when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Good command of English is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in airline or airport operations is an advantage

- Monthly salary: IDR 8,000,000 – 10,000,000
