- Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain a valid and active Pharmacist Practice License (SIPA) in accordance with applicable regulations and operational requirements.
Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations, professional standards, company SOPs, and ethical guidelines.
- Support pharmacy licensing, regulatory inspections, and compliance documentation as required.
- Pharmaceutical Services
Provide professional pharmaceutical services, including prescription review, dispensing, medication preparation, labeling, medication counseling, and drug information services.
- Review prescriptions to ensure appropriate medication use, dosage accuracy, potential drug interactions, and patient safety.
- Provide over-the-counter (OTC) medication recommendations and self-medication counseling based on patients' needs.
Deliver pharmaceutical services through both offline and digital channels, including WhatsApp, telemedicine platforms, and other systems utilized by the Company.
- Educate patients on medication usage, storage, potential side effects, adherence, and other relevant pharmaceutical information.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
- Inventory & Supply Management
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of medicines, medical devices, supplements, and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Plan and coordinate procurement with authorized distributors based on operational needs.
- Receive, inspect, store, and manage pharmaceutical products in accordance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure timely implementation of FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices.
- Conduct routine stock opname and inventory reconciliation according to Company procedures.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate pharmaceutical documentation and patient medication records.
- Prepare and submit operational and regulatory reports, including SIPNAP, PSEF, and other reports required by applicable regulations.
- Record and reconcile pharmacy transactions from both offline and online sales channels.
- Support the preparation, packaging, and distribution of medications for clinic patients and other healthcare service programs.
- Ensure all pharmacy documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, audits, staff training, and continuous professional development programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care.
- Contribute to patient education activities, health campaigns, and wellness programs organized by the Company.
Requirements
- Professional Degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker).
- Possess a valid and active STRA.
- Hold an active SIPA or be willing to obtain/transfer SIPA for practice in Bali.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a clinic, hospital, or community pharmacy is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical care, medication safety, inventory management, and Indonesian pharmacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Familiarity with pharmacy information systems and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital pharmacy platforms.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, is highly preferred.
- Willing to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.
