, where you will oversee wholesale sales operations across multiple locations within your assigned area. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key wholesale accounts, and ensuring consistent execution of our sales strategy across the region. This position is crucial to our growth objectives and will see you working in a hands-on capacity while leading a team to achieve ambitious targets.

• Key responsibilities
• Supervise and manage wholesale sales operations across multiple locations within the designated area
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale customers and accounts
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management
• Train, mentor, and support sales team members to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service
• Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets and wholesale partners to ensure product visibility and proper merchandising
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
• Ensure compliance with company policies, product regulations, and quality standards across all locations
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to management
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in wholesale sales or area sales management within the retail or consumer products sector
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels
• Proficiency in sales analysis, reporting, and data interpretation using basic software tools

Knowledge of the retail and wholesale landscape in East Java, Kalimantan , Sulawesi, Bali, Lombok, NTT/NTB, Maluku, Papua is highly advantageous

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area to visit multiple locations
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
• Valid driving licence and reliable personal transportation
