Tanggung Jawab

• Lead the visual direction of brand campaigns, product launches, and key marketing initiatives from concept development through execution.
• Translate brand strategy and campaign objectives into clear creative concepts, mood boards, key visuals, and visual guidelines.
• Set creative standards and ensure visual consistency across brand touchpoints and communication channels.
• Provide creative direction and review design outputs to ensure they meet the intended concept, brand identity, and quality standards.
• Lead the Graphic Design team in developing visual materials and provide constructive feedback throughout the creative process.
• Ensure relevant design, beauty, and consumer trends are incorporated to strengthen the brand’s visual identity and creative direction.

Work closely with Brand Marketing, Digital, Social Media, E-Commerce, Trade Marketing, Product Development, and other relevant teams to ensure creative solutions support business and communication objectives.

Collaborate with external creative agencies, photographers, production houses, illustrators, stylists, and other creative partners when required.

Lead visual direction for photoshoots and video productions, including references, styling direction, composition, visual tone, set direction, and final output review

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or other related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in creative design, art direction, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in visual concept development, branding, and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, design trends, and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries will be an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects and maintain high visual standards.

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta
