Asset & Facility Manager

• Role Overview
• We are seeking an experienced
• Asset & Facility Maintenance Manager

to oversee the maintenance, governance, and lifecycle management of company assets and facilities across our retail and medical equipment distribution operations.

The role is responsible for ensuring assets, facilities, and medical equipment remain operational, compliant, well-maintained, and properly documented through effective preventive maintenance programs, calibration schedules, facility upkeep standards, and asset management processes.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement asset and facility management policies, procedures, and maintenance programs.
• Manage preventive maintenance, calibration, inspection, and repair schedules for facilities and equipment.
• Ensure proper asset tracking, movement, utilization, and documentation.
• Establish facility upkeep standards, including periodic refurbishment and maintenance planning.
• Support the development of SOPs, training materials, and user guidelines for equipment and asset management.
• Monitor asset performance, maintenance costs, and compliance requirements.
• Manage external vendors and service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Facility Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, facility maintenance, or technical operations.
• Experience in retail, healthcare, medical devices, or distribution industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, facility management, and asset lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with medical equipment calibration and compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
