We are looking for a Assistant Manager to support running daily operations and ensuring excellent guest service, for a chain of restaurant in Bali. The job location is Gianyar Ubud, candidates with restaurant experience are preferred.

• Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations, service standards, and staff performance.
• Manage guest experience, complaints, and service recovery.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor table turnover, ticket times, and overall service efficiency.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and daily briefings.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.
• Handle cash/POS closing and basic daily sales reporting.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with achieving sales, cost, and operational targets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.
• Strong communication and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant service and guest handling.
• Comfortable using Excel and POS systems.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and busy service periods.
• English communication skills preferred.
