We are looking for a creative Content Creator to manage the restaurant’s day-to-day social media content and build a strong visual presence online. The restaurant has 3 branches in Bali, so the content creator will have to regularly visit the branches.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a monthly content plan and content calendar.
• Plan and conduct photo and video shoots for the restaurant, food, team, ambience and events.
• Create and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Manage social media pages, including posting, captions, hashtags and scheduling.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, sounds and creative concepts and adapt them for the restaurant.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to consistently generate fresh and engaging content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant/F&B, hospitality or lifestyle content creation.
• Strong skills in photography, videography and short-form video editing.
• Owns the appropriate camera/phone, lighting, audio and editing equipment required to produce high-quality content.
• Highly creative with a strong understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok.
• Able to work independently from concept → shoot → edit → publish.
• Good English communication skills.
• Based in or able to work regularly in Bali.

Ideal candidate: Someone who is not just a videographer/editor, but can think creatively, identify trends and turn them into content that drives reach, engagement and restaurant visits.
