About the Role
- As an
- Assistant Production Director
- , you will support the Production Director in
- overseeing, managing, and improving operational systems
- to ensure all production activities run effectively, efficiently, and in line with company targets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing overall production and plant operations
- Ensure operational processes run efficiently and meet company targets
- Develop and improve systems to enhance productivity and performance
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance and implement improvements
Qualifications
- D4/S1/S2 in Engineering Major,
- minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum
- 3 years of experience
- in PPIC / Production / Operations in a large-scale manufacturing company, last position at least
- Assistant Manager level
- Experience as a
- Management Trainee in a reputable company
- is an advantage
- Strong understanding of
- systems, management, and administration
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined, and responsible
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in
- Mandarin
- is a plus
- Willing to travel for business trips
- Flexible with working location
