Procurement Supervisor

- 💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the procurement process for raw materials, including demand analysis and procurement strategy planning
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers while actively sourcing new potential vendors
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure material arrival aligns with production schedules
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure materials are delivered on time, in the correct quantity, and according to specifications
- Monitor and evaluate procurement team performance to ensure operational excellence
- 🎯 Qualifications
- Minimum D4/S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) in any major (Engineering/Geology/Management/Food Science of Tehnology is preferred), GPA ≥ 3.00
- Open to candidates from all experience backgrounds
- (Experience in Supply Chain / Procurement is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Good communication, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills
- Strong logical thinking, calculation ability, and problem-solving skills
- High curiosity and eagerness to learn new things
- Comfortable working both in office and on-site environments
- Not allergic to dust
- Willing to travel for business trips (out of town / out of island)
