Job Responsibilities
- Maintain production achievement in batch.
- Maintain overall production performance by QSDCM (quality, safety, delivery and morale).
- Maintain yield, UPH and TML every process of the production line and collaboration improvement with Engineer team \.
- Leading group leader and operational support for achieving the overall production floor KPI.
- Make sure delivery was can fulfill and ship to customer without any delay.
- Follow up production issue to the related department to make sure all line can run smoothly without any bottlenecks.
- Checking all production data and balance the working hour of operator.
- Scheduling internal inventory for production floor.
Requirements
- Able to speak in English.
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory or team leader role, preferably in lithium battery, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing.
Working knowledge of yield analysis, UPH (Units Per Hour), and line efficiency/loss metrics, with the ability to collaborate with Engineering on improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with production scheduling, manpower/shift planning, and internal inventory management.
