We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales performance.

Requirements

• Female only.
• Age requirement 24-35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving regional sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the market and customer.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel regularly within the assigned area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the (building materials, construction, etc.).
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Leadership qualities with a strategic mindset.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
