Associate/Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition

You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the HR function provides dedicated support to Finance employees across recruitment, engagement, development, performance management, and other related areas. You will be supporting the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, interview management, offer management and other adhoc tasks/projects.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (candidate sourcing, interview process management, offer management)
• Partner closely with external and internal recruiters to understand job requirements and recruitment needs within the Finance team
• Interact with potential candidates on professional networks and social media
• Support existing recruitment channels and manage job portals
• Actively search for top-tier passive candidates to build a strong network of talent pool
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
• Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passionate about people, culture, and service
• Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation
