Tanggung Jawab
- Research, prospect, and generate qualified leads via text, email, cold calls, or other communication channels.
- Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the business development team.
- Track and report on lead generation activity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for engaging new leads.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or sales canvassing.
- Proven ability to independently source leads from a variety of channels.
- Familiarity with sales qualification methods like BANT, ANUM, etc.
- Experience in SaaS or HR-related industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding lead generation and conversion targets.
- Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
