• Hard Skills (Keterampilan Teknis)
• Fundamental Go: Pemahaman kuat tentang sintaks dasar, struktur data, pointers, interfaces, dan goroutines serta channels untuk konkurensi.

Framework & Tools Go: Pengalaman dengan framework populer seperti Gin, Echo, atau Gorilla Mux. Serta manajemen dependensi (seperti Go Modules).

• Database & Cache: Kemampuan merancang skema tabel, querying yang efisien, dan mengelola basis data SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) dan NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• API Development: Pembuatan dan integrasi RESTful API dan GraphQL.Arsitektur Sistem: Memahami Microservices, Design Patterns, dan Pemrograman Berorientasi Objek.CI/CD & Git: Menguasai Version Control (Git) dan konsep otomatisasi deployment
• -Testing: Kemampuan membuat Unit Testing dan Integration Testing untuk memastikan kode bebas bug
• Soft Skills (Keterampilan Interpersonal)
• Problem Solving & Analisis: Kemampuan mengidentifikasi bug dan menemukan solusi logis untuk memecahkan masalah kompleks.

• Core Responsibilities
• Backend Development: Writing clean, testable, and efficient Go code for server-side logic.

API Engineering: Designing and developing secure RESTful APIs and gRPC services.Microservices Architecture: Building distributed systems that handle high traffic and low latency.

• Database Management: Integrating applications with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• System Optimization: Profiling and tuning application performance to reduce memory and CPU usage.
• Testing & DevOps: Writing unit tests, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and containerizing apps using Docker and Kubernetes.
