• Key Responsibilities
• Develop scalable, secure, and efficient RESTful APIs and backend services, primarily using Golang.
• Maintain and develop backend systems using relevant programming languages and frameworks according to project requirements.
• Refactor existing code, optimize database queries, and improve overall system performance.
• Debug complex issues and implement backend development best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party services.
• Collaborate with Front End Developers, QA, System Analysts, DevOps, and relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with the client’s project team to support deliverables within an intensive project timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in production-grade backend development.
• Hands-on experience using Golang in professional or production-level projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with other backend programming languages such as PHP, Java, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, SQL, and system integration.
• Familiar with Golang frameworks or libraries such as Gin, Echo, Fiber, or similar tools.
• Understanding of clean code, authentication, authorization, error handling, logging, and API security.
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker, cloud infrastructure, caching, and message brokers is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative project environment.
• Available to join immediately and willing to work on a client project.
