Job Description

• Review requirements and designs to ensure they are clear, testable, and aligned with the expected functionality.
• Create test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business and system requirements.
• Perform comprehensive manual testing covering functional, integration, regression, negative, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Validate application flow, functionality, and data stored in the database.
• Ensure that developed features are stable and meet the defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Document defects clearly and communicate them to the relevant person in charge.
• Monitor the bug-fixing process and perform retesting until issues are properly resolved.
• Prepare testing evidence, UAT documentation, and test reports.
• Coordinate with developers, system analysts, project teams, stakeholders, and freelance QA Testers.
• Work closely with the client’s project team to support deliverables within an intensive project timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Tester or QA Analyst.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts and the web/application development lifecycle.
• Experienced in creating test scenarios, test cases, UAT test plans, and testing reports.
• Familiar with functional, regression, integration, negative, and end-to-end testing.
• Able to perform database validation using SQL.
• Familiar with API testing using Postman or similar tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of automation testing is a plus.
• Able to document and communicate defects clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Available to join immediately and willing to work on a client project.
