Backend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to building, managing, and developing reliable backend applications to support the company's core services.

This position is perfect for those who are accustomed to working in a container-based environment (such as Docker) and have a strong attention to code quality, ranging from neatness and performance to security.

Tanggung Jawab

System Design & Development: Design and develop high-performance backend services using Java Spring Boot and its ecosystem, including Eureka Gateway, Swagger, and Log4J.

Container Orchestration: Manage and deploy container-based applications, including writing and optimizing Dockerfiles.

Database Management: Design database schemas and write efficient queries across various database systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

• API Management: Build and integrate services through API Gateways to ensure seamless communication between microservices.
• Version Control: Possess a solid understanding and experience in using Git as a code repository.
• Code Quality: Perform and participate in code reviews using tools like SonarQube to maintain code maintainability and security standards.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize database queries and application performance to ensure fast response times (low latency).

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with min. 3 years of experience in Java Spring Boot & Maven.
• Proficient in Docker & Docker Swarm.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experienced with API Gateway.
• Skills in Query Optimization / Performance Tuning is a major plus.
• Active contributor to Open-Source projects is a plus.
• High ownership, communicative, proactive, and resilient.
