- Design and develop backend applications, tools, and libraries based on the technical requirements and technologies specified by IFGL.
- Design and implement scalable backend architecture and technical solutions according to project requirements.
- Lead the deployment and management of backend applications in
- Kubernetes
- environments.
- Design and implement event-driven solutions using
- Apache Kafka
- for event streaming.
- Develop and maintain backend services using
- Java
- , with
- Quarkus
- framework experience as a plus.
- Implement and maintain
- Cogito
- for BPMN Workflow when required.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to team coding standards, best practices, and software quality guidelines.
- Perform technical estimation and task breakdown to support effective planning and allocation of development tasks.
Lead technical troubleshooting, profiling, and performance optimization, including database queries, API response times, and overall system scalability.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to development team members.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree
- in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 7 years of professional experience in Java development
- Minimum
- 2 years of experience leading a software development team
- Proven experience developing backend applications, tools, and libraries.
- Hands-on experience with
- Kubernetes
- and deploying applications in a Kubernetes environment.
- Hands-on experience with
- Apache Kafka
- and event streaming.
- Experience with
- Quarkus
- is a strong advantage.
- Experience with
- Cogito for BPMN Workflow
- is a plus.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, software design principles, and development best practices.
- Experience conducting
- code reviews
- and maintaining software/code quality standards.
- Strong understanding of application performance optimization, including
- database query optimization, API response time, profiling, debugging, and system scalability
- Strong technical estimation and task breakdown skills.
