- Design and implement scalable frontend architecture using

- Develop and maintain frontend applications using
- JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Design and implement responsive, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications.
Optimize frontend application performance, including rendering optimization, Web Vitals, bundle size reduction, startup/load time, and caching.
- Integrate
- RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- and implement client-side security best practices, including token management, OAuth, and secure storage.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to clean code principles, linting, coding standards, and styling standards using
- Tailwind CSS
- Develop and maintain reusable and scalable frontend components.
- Perform technical design and architecture for frontend solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Perform technical estimation and task breakdown for development team members.
- Conduct profiling, debugging, and performance optimization to identify and resolve frontend performance issues.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to frontend development team members.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree
- in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 2 years of experience leading a software development team
- 5 years of experience using
- JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Strong experience with
- Next.js (App Router)
- and scalable frontend architecture.
- Hands-on experience with
- Redux Toolkit (RTK) or RTK Query
- for global state management.
- Experience with
- React Native
- is a plus.
- Strong experience in frontend performance optimization, including
- rendering performance, Web Vitals, bundle size, startup/load time, and caching
- Experience integrating
