• About LintasPay

LintasPay is a fast-growing fintech platform and payment aggregator handling thousands of daily merchant transactions, including QRIS, disbursements, PPOB, and payment gateways. We are looking for experienced engineers to build, design, and scale our high-traffic distributed backend systems.

• Key Responsibilities
• Architecture: Design and maintain scalable microservices and end-to-end backend services for critical payment features.
• Integration: Manage inter-service communication using gRPC and event-driven architecture via Apache Kafka.
• Optimization: Design advanced database schemas, perform query tuning, and implement Redis caching strategies.
• Security & Reliability: Ensure API security (JWT, RBAC) and absolute endpoint idempotency for financial transactions.
• Observability: Setup structured logging, custom metrics, and error tracking using Zap, Prometheus, and Sentry.
• Leadership: Lead technical discussions, document architectural decisions (RFC/ADR), and actively mentor junior to mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 6+ years in professional backend development.
• Core Languages: Deep expertise in either Go or TypeScript (Node.js).
• Databases: Proficient with MySQL/PostgreSQL (concurrency control, indexing, row-level locking) and Redis.
• Distributed Systems: Hands-on experience building multi-service architectures with gRPC and Kafka.
• Nice-to-Have:** Background in fintech/payment systems, familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
