- Backend Engineer

📌 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in backend development with
- Java & Spring Boot
- Strong mastery of
- Java 21+ and Spring Boot 4
- Strong experience with
- PostgreSQL
- , including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and connection pooling (PgBouncer, HikariCP).
- Production experience with
- Redis and Kafka.
- Experience with
- WebSocket
- or other long-lived-connection systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, idempotency, distributed locking, and consistency trade-offs in microservices.
- Experience with
- Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT, RBAC or ABAC.
- Experience with
- Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, CI/CD, AWS or GCP.
- Experience with
- JUnit, Testcontainers, and integration testing
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues such as memory leaks, slow queries, thread contention, and slow downstream dependencies.
- Familiar with Git workflows, including branching, PR reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade and scalable applications.
