Requirements
- Proven relevant experience of making sushi, rolls, fish and so on
- Experience with inventory and stock control
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion sushi, rolls, fish and other menu items
- Follow recipes, portion sizes and kitchen standards
- Control product quality and freshness
- Manage proper storage and labeling of ingredients
- Take part in regular inventory and stock control
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised
- Salary 5,000,000 for probation (1 month)
