PBLC is a marketing personnel representing AIA in promoting its insurance products through partner bank branches to priority customers, while also providing product knowledge and education to customers to help meet their needs.

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 25–35 years Minimum Diploma (D3) degree Minimum 2 years of experience as Bancassurance or Relationship Manager Funding Target-oriented Proactive in generating leads and building networks Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level

BLC (Bancassurance Life Consultant)

BLC is a marketing personnel representing AIA in promoting its insurance products through partner bank branches, while also providing product knowledge and education to customers to help meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Male/Female, aged 21–35 years
• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree
• Minimum 6 months of experience as Bancassurance/Retail/Customer Service/Account Officer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
