WE ARE HIRING – BAR SUPERVISOR

Manage bar operations at one café location

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team (bartenders & barbacks)
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
• Manage stock control, inventory, and ordering of bar supplies
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards
• Handle guest interactions and resolve complaints professionally
• Assist in creating new drink menus and promotions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bartender
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of coffee and bar operations
• Fluent English is an advantage
• Bali hospitality experience is preferred

What we offer

• 6 working days per week
• 8-hour shifts (7 working hours + 1-hour break)
• 3-month probation (salary + service charge)
