📍 Placement: Sanur, Bali

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations and ensure excellent guest service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team.
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bartender, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service.
- Experience in stock control and inventory management.
- Fluent in English (spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
- Willing to be placed in Sanur, Bali.
