The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of coffee beverages, including specialty drinks such as lattes and cappuccinos. They will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, interact warmly with customers, and support daily operations. The role requires attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Barista will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for every guest who visits Melters Coffe.

Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. A strong interest in coffee and related skills such as Tea Art, Latte Art, and coffee shop operations is essential.
