About the role
- We are seeking for
- Contract Daily Worker Barista
to join our dynamic team at PT. SSP TAURUS GEMILANG INDONESIA', a leading hospitality and tourism company based in Badung, Bali. In this full-time contract role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coffee and beverage service to our customers, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business.
- What you'll be doing
- Preparing a wide variety of coffee and specialty drinks to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintaining a clean and organised work station, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Collaborating with the wider food and beverage team to provide seamless service
- Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A passionate and creative approach to the craft of coffee making
