Cook, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality and delicious meals to our guests, contributing to the overall success of our hospitality and tourism operations.
- What you'll be doing
- Preparing a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and efficiency
- Maintaining a clean and organised work station
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating supply needs to management
- Providing excellent customer service to guests by addressing any special dietary requirements or preferences
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Cook in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, recipes, and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Adaptability to work in a contract-based role
