• Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment efficiently.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service while taking orders and handling payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, bar area, and equipment.
• Ensure beverages are presented consistently and meet quality standards.
• Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and support the cafe team during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming cafe environment for guests.

Requirements

• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic coffee preparation techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
