BARISTA – JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Take customer orders and ensure order accuracy.
• Handle cash and payment transactions when required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties related to café operations as assigned.

Requirements

• willing to be placed in Brawa Canggu
• strong communication in english
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
