About the Role

• As a
• Barista Supervisor

, you will lead a team of all-rounders who are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all front-of-house operations. This role requires someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced café environment.

• At Deli, every member of the bar team is expected to be an
• all-rounder
• , supporting beverage preparation, cashier duties, food service, customer engagement, and daily operational tasks.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the bar and front-of-house team.
• Work as an active all-rounder by supporting beverage preparation, food service, cashier operations, and customer service.
• Ensure consistent quality of coffee, beverages, and guest experience.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance.
• Ensure all team members follow company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize product waste.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Coordinate daily opening and closing operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence throughout the café.
• Collaborate with Kitchen and Management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum
• 2 years of experience
• in a Supervisor, Senior Barista, or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Comfortable working as an
• all-rounder
• , including beverage preparation, cashiering, food running, and guest service.
• Good knowledge of coffee, café operations, and customer service standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to lead by example.
• Fluent in English is preferred.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Training & Initial Placement
• As Deli Sanur is currently preparing for its opening, the successful candidate will initially be based at
• Deli Uluwatu
• during the probation period.

This period is designed to provide comprehensive training, hands-on operational experience, and a thorough understanding of Deli's service standards, products, SOPs, and company culture. Upon the opening of

• Deli Sanur
• , the Bar Supervisor will transition to the new outlet, fully prepared to lead the team from day one.

Please Note

This position is intended for Deli Sanur (Opening Soon). However, the selected candidate will complete the probation period and operational training at

Deli Uluwatu

before transferring to Sanur. This ensures a smooth transition and enables the successful candidate to confidently lead the new outlet upon opening.
