- Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position is preferred
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, sports club, or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and hardworking
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- For Social Media Admin: familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation
- For Padel Host: interested in sports/padel and able to interact well with customers
- For Barista/Cook: basic knowledge of beverage preparation or food preparation is preferred
- Able to join immediately is preferred
