- OPEN HIRING – BARTENDER (SOORA NUSA DUA, BALI)
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a bar, restaurant, beach club, hotel, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, mocktails, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Skilled in mixology and able to maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about hospitality.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in premium dining or beach club concepts is a plus.
- Placement: Soora Nusa Dua, Bali.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable guest experience.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
