OPEN HIRING – BARTENDER (BUTTRHOOD)

📍 Placement: Buttrhood – Ashta District 8, Jakarta

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a bar, restaurant, lounge, or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, mocktails, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Skilled in mixology and able to maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team.
• Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about hospitality.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in premium dining or cocktail bars is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable guest experience.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
• Support daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
