About the role
Bartender position at 1920 Lounge & Dining, responsible for preparing and serving various types of beverages according to establishment standards, including cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other drinks following recipes and standard operating procedures.
- Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve various types of beverages according to 1920 Lounge & Dining standards
- Make cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other drinks according to recipe and SOP
- Prepare and maintain availability of garnish, ingredients, and bar supplies
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of every drink
- Serve and communicate with customers professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of bar area and equipment
- Conduct checks and record bar stock usage
- Coordinate with Bar Team and Service Team to ensure smooth operations
- Follow SOP related to hygiene, safety, and responsible service
- Assist with inventory and stock opname as needed
- About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK
- Minimum 1 year experience as Bartender in restaurant, lounge, bar, or hotel (preferred)
- Understanding of basic cocktail, mocktail, spirits, wine, and bar equipment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Neat appearance, professional demeanor, and good attitude
- Able to work quickly and carefully in busy situations
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Understanding of bar cleanliness and hygiene
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
