- Requirements – Bartender (ONNI)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a restaurant, café, or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in preparing cocktails, mocktails, espresso-based drinks, and other coffee beverages.
- Knowledgeable in mixology, beverage recipes, presentation, and drink consistency.
- Familiar with bar operations, opening and closing procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Experienced in stock checking, inventory recording, and waste control.
- Good understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team.
- Able to operate POS systems and handle cash and cashless payments accurately.
- Well-groomed, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
