Job Summary
We are seeking a Daily Worker (DW) Casual Bartender to support our bar operations for an event. This role is responsible for preparing and serving drinks to standard, maintaining speed of service during peak hours, and working closely alongside the Barback and the rest of the bar team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Bar Setup & Prep: Prepare mixology tools, ice supply, garnishes, and raw ingredients prior to service opening.
- Beverage Service: Craft and serve cocktails, mocktails, and standard bar beverages with speed and precision.
- Station Hygiene (Clean as You Go): Maintain a clean, organized bar counter and work station throughout the shift.
- Teamwork: Collaborate efficiently with the Barback to ensure steady supplies and seamless guest service.
- Closing & Breakdown: Perform end-of-shift cleanup, wash equipment, and properly store remaining stock after close.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of bartender or barback experience in a hotel, restaurant, beach club, or bar.
- Good basic beverage knowledge and proficiency with bar tools (shakers, jiggers, strainers, pourers).
- Well-groomed, professional demeanor, and high hygiene standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform under high-volume pressure.
- Punctual and committed to working through operational close.
- Shift & Compensation Details
- Shift Time: 2:00 PM – Finish (Operational Close)
- Daily Fee: IDR 200,000 / shift
- Employment Type: Daily Worker / Casual (Event-Based)
