Boiler Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

Regularly inspect boilers, feedwater pumps, fans, and other key equipment; monitor temperature, pressure, vibration, and other operating parameters, and report abnormalities in a timely manner.

Perform preventive maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement (e.g., boiler ash removal, bearing replacement) to extend equipment lifespan.

Participate in major and minor overhauls and technical improvement projects according to maintenance plans, including disassembly, inspection, repair, and reinstallation to ensure quality repairs.

Analyze equipment failures (e.g., coal blockage in boilers, abnormal pump vibration), develop repair plans, and carry out emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

Maintain equipment operation, maintenance, and repair records; establish complete documentation and manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical parts availability.

Requirements

• Ability to independently repair rotating equipment in the plant (e.g., fans and pumps).
• Welding certificate is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in computer office software (e.g., Excel) is an advantage.
