- Learn how to understanding monitoring and controlling as Branch Manager.
- Observing Branch Manager activity, analyze and solve complex problem.
- Manage Branch and show performance as Branch Manager.
- Bachelor Degree of any major.
- Have Good Leadership & Network.
- Good Analytical Thinking and Communication.
- Good mastery of MS Office.
- Experienced as Supervisor (marketing & collection preferred) minimum 2 year, preferable from Multifinance Company.
- Preferably Graduated form Development Program (MT/MDP/Officer) in current company.
- Willing to undergo a series of development program and a service bond of 3 years.
- Willing to be placed in our branch all over Indonesia
- Program will start in November 2026
