Responsibilities
- Lead and execute marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Act as a key decision maker for marketing initiatives and brand development.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Plan and evaluate online & offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing and business decision making.
- Preferably from Agency, FMCG, Retail, or high-growth companies.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
