About the role
This role involves analysing operational data for building management, facility performance, maintenance costs, and energy usage. You will evaluate building performance, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvements and preventive maintenance programmes to preserve asset value and economic lifespan.
- Key responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of operational building data, maintenance costs, energy usage, and facility performance
- Identify problems, evaluate building performance, and provide improvement recommendations
- Develop preventive maintenance programmes and asset improvement recommendations to maintain asset value and economic lifespan
- Use Microsoft Excel for data processing, analysis, and report creation
- Evaluate effectiveness of vendor contracts, maintenance service providers, and facility service providers
- Communicate, coordinate, and solve problems effectively
- Undertake assigned tasks as directed by direct supervisor and account for their execution
- About you
Minimum S1 qualification in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or related field
Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a programme with minimum B accreditation
Minimum 1–3 years experience in Building Management, Facility Management, Property Management, or related field (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
- Certification or training in related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with Power BI or other data analysis tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Resident in JABODETABEK
