Source and procure raw materials, including milk powder, sugar, cocoa, vegetable oils (palm oil, coconut oil, corn oil, and PKO), chocolate (including white chocolate imitation and caviar chocolate), food chemicals, and other food ingredients.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective supply of raw materials to support production.
- Monitor market trends and raw material prices to support purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and supplier lead times to prevent supply shortages.
- Prepare purchase orders, procurement reports, and supplier performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
- Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in raw material procurement within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in purchasing milk powder, sugar, vegetable oils, cocoa, chocolate, or other food ingredients.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and market analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
