This role plays a crucial part in improving reporting efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and strengthening financial transparency and compliance.

• Performance Reporting
• Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and reports to track financial, accounting, and tax KPIs.
• Automate and optimize reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for senior management and auditors.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reports.

• Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.
• Conduct root cause analysis for financial or tax deviations.
• Deliver insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Tax teams for compliance and audit readiness.
• Support business cases for cost optimization and investment evaluation.

• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with internal teams (Accounting, Tax, Operations) to align reporting and insights.
• Support audit and tax filing processes through accurate data and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or business analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred.

• Experience with financial close and reporting cycles.
• Familiarity with tax reporting tools (e.g., OneSource, Vertex).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
