- Support Research Activities
- Coordinate research projects from questionnaire design through fieldwork, data validation, analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor the deliverables schedule
- Dashboard and Reporting Development
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms through coordination with the BI team.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency including outliers, data cleaning, etc by coordination with Data Engineer team.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data to identify consumer, market, and business trends.
- Insight Generation and Storytelling
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to create compelling business narratives.
- Prepare executive summaries, presentation materials, and management reports highlighting key findings and implications.
