Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycles, upgrade projects, and support engagements for Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with business users to understand operational processes and design scalable solutions using standard Oracle functionality.
- Prepare comprehensive functional deliverables, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD) for custom requirements (CEMLI), and configuration workbooks.
- Configure and manage core modules within your area of expertise, primarily Oracle Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) or SCM/Procurement (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management).
- Drive system testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and preparation of user training materials.
- Ensure all financial and operational modules are configured to comply with Indonesian statutory requirements and tax regulations, and localized financial statements.
- Define data mapping and migration strategies using standard tools such as File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and ADFdi for Fusion, or open interfaces/loaders for EBS.
- Gather requirements for custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle tools like BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and FRS.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on functional implementation experience in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Deep functional knowledge in at least 2-3 core modules (Financials or SCM/Procurement).
Strong understanding of the differences between EBS custom-heavy structures and Oracle Fusion’s standard, quarterly-updated cloud architecture.
- Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (mandatory for client).
- Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification (Finance) is a strong advantage.
