- Act as a language and cultural bridge: accurately understand the CMO's strategic direction and market plans, clearly communicate them to the local sales and marketing team, collect feedback from the team, and translate/report it back to the CMO.
- Provide interpretation and assistance during meetings with local Indonesian clients and international clients; support the CMO in important client visits and business negotiations.
- Monitor project progress, proactively follow up on task completion, and report status updates and potential risks to the CMO in a timely manner.
- Manage the CMO's daily schedule, meeting arrangements, and business travel logistics.
- Handle internal administrative and documentation tasks, including drafting reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and performing document translations.
- Assist in the recruitment process by providing trilingual interpretation (Mandarin-English-Indonesian) during interviews.
