• Arkana Architects is looking for an Business Development / Client Solutions to join our team in Bali.

We’re looking for an experienced architect / architectural professional who can work confidently with prospective clients and translate their ideas and requirements into clear, structured and realistic architectural briefs.

Project Brief & Pre-Design (Core Focus)

• Translate client discussions into clear and structured architectural briefs
• Develop preliminary room/program requirements and area recommendations
• Review site information and relevant zoning/regulatory requirements
• Identify potential issues or conflicts within the client's requirements
• Coordinate with the client to clarify and finalize the brief before proposal preparation

Other Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients and introduce Arkana, our services and portfolio
• Support the Studio Director in proposal preparation, presentations and follow-ups
• Prepare project briefs and coordinate handover to the design team
• Coordinate pre-design meetings with clients and the design team
• Monitor client communications in relation to contract, scope and deliverables
• Identify potential variations, additional services or scope issues and escalate them to the Studio Director

Requirements

• [Preferred] Indonesian citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and project processes
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Good understanding of project scope and commercial matters
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership
• Experience in client management or project coordination is an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Location: Bali, Indonesia
• Position: Full-time
